A close walk to skytrain. Otherwise, kind of an industrial area, not a lot of dining options within walking distance. Nice, quiet, no frills, would definitely stay there again.

Accent inn (Burnaby) is a very good place to stay, they have kind staffs and place is very clean. You can leave your stuffs without worrying that something will be missing when you come back. I will surely book here again.

There were used coffee cups in our room when we checked in. Air conditioning unit was leaking leaving a wet puddle on the floor which my little ones would have had to step in to get out of bed. The room keys for our rooms (we were a small group), continued to deactivate and when asking staff why this continues to happen, they reacted in a way that seemed they were being put out. They moved us to a new room but never followed up again and never cleaned our room though we were there for 6 days.

It would have been nice to know before hand that they don't accept prepaid debit cards anymore. Everything else was decent. It's a place to stay, but certainly not the Fairmont.

The Good: The mattresses and pillows are very comfy. Staff quite lovely! Room, warm and comfy. The Bad: The sheets are rough and need replacing with something softer. The duvets are too thin and need replacing with something plush, warm and comfy. The towels are way too little - they need replacing with large bath towels. They barely wrap around me and I'm a small person. The issue with the credit card at check-in sincerely needs to be addressed. We live in 2024 where we have Visa Debits and It is money directly out of our accounts. We should not have to present a credit card, especially when booking online at Expedia requires a simple Visa Debit. Stop the insistent need for credit cards. We are in 2024 where no one has them any more.

This is a convenient location to stay in if you were shopping in the Burnaby area. The property was quiet and we were quite self sufficient in our room: toaster oven, microwave, fridge, dishes. I am not first on the bathroom arrangement, as there is a little room for privacy and dressing. Overall, this property is great value of the dollar charged.

This was a great location for us. Parked the truck and grabbed an Uber downtown for an event. The room was a very reasonable price and it was clean. We were on a quick trip and didn’t have time to try the restaurant.

Great spot to stay while attending a concert at Pacific Coliseum. It was an easy 10min drive to the concert. Hotel was clean and comfy and had lots of parking and an attached restaurant.
