Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show.

Good location, lots of restaurants and cafe around. Close-ish to the skytrain (20min walk). Hotel was good, staff were great, clean. Room was as indicated, nice comfortable bed and quiet. Wifi was fast too. Overall a good stay.
