Our 1 bedroom 3rd floor sunny Kitsilano loft is nestled in the perfect location just off York avenue the designated cycle route. It's minutes from the beach and 4 blocks away from Yew street featuring a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants & bars. The loft offers lot's of natural light a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seats 4 and a large sunny deck for morning coffees. Relax on the beautiful King bed and enjoy the use of Sonos speakers & Wifi at your leisure.

Please Note: The loft is on the 3rd floor via stairs no Elevator in building.

Kitsilano is a laid-back residential area known for the huge saltwater Kitsilano Pool and mountain views from Kitsilano Beach. Stores selling yoga wear, outdoor gear and fashionable clothes line West 4th Avenue, the main drag, and dining options range from waterside seafood spots to long-standing vegetarian eateries. Cultural attractions include the Vancouver Maritime Museum and the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre

The Kits loft is located walking distance to everything you’d need the beach & largest open salt water pool in North America is just minutes away. West 4th is just up the hill It has great selection of fashion boutiques hair dressers, coffee shops, juice bars, health food stores restaurants and a Whole foods supermarket the list goes on. It’s a great neighbourhood feel.

Yew street just off the beach a few blocks away, also offers a great selection of restaurants, cafes, ice creams joints and a few smaller grocery stores for all your needs.

This area is surrounded by cycling routes & walking paths such as Jericho beach, Spanish banks or wreak by UBC and the In opposite direction you could take the sea wall to Granville island and continue to downtown Vancouver.

Uber is now available in Vancouver or you could even sign up for a car to go.

Kitsilano Condo
My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for 5 days in August. The location is an easy walk to Kits beach with nice small eateries and coffee shops nearby. We were very comfortable and enjoyed everything. The only thing I would say was missing in terms of amenities was a kettle and a microwave. But those things can be worked around. The other thing renters should know is there are many stairs from the street up to this top 3rd floor condo. If you are not fit or can’t manage stairs (especially with luggage), this may not be the place for you. We however liked the extra exercise.

Great apartment!
The apartment is super conveniently located for beach walks. It’s clean and well designed for guests. It was a perfect stay for me and my partner for the week. The terrace is spacious and quiet. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place but oh those stairs
The property was very well kept. Construction in the building was a bit much. No microwave which is unusual. No dish cloth which made clear up a bit different. No bathroom in the lofted bedroom. For us older travellers is a problem and no elevator for a third floor apartment.

Perfect place to base our stay
A lovely well-equipped loft residence. Very comfortable bed! Nice terrace to sit out on. Close to each and all amenities but relaxed and peaceful. Will aim to stay there again whenever we next visit.
