This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

Excellent location with easy walking distances to the downtown shopping, sights and restaurants. Accommodations were clean and secure. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

Great location; however quite noisy on a Friday evening. Short walking distance to many dining venues and shopping. The property can use a bit of refreshing; i.e. linen, drawer space for storage of linen, hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. The bed is upstairs (loft) and the bathroom is downstairs if that is a concern for anyone.

Great location!
The property is in a good location to get to everywhere - public transport etc. just be careful if you need to checkout before 7am as the key cafe is in 7-11 which doesn’t open until 7. Fortunately for us, a worker who was there early let us in. We would stay here again.

Great spot
Overall a really great property. We had issues with both getting the keys and dropping them off upon check out (the first time the electronic key pickup wasn’t working and the 7-11 where it was located was closed when we tried to check out). Other than that, the unit was very clean and centrally located in downtown. We’d definitely return.

Loft on Seymour
We had a great time staying in the place. Accessibility was easy, check in was easier than expected, the place was open and comfortable. We were visiting friends in Van and we didn't end up staying at the unit other than to sleep, but while we were there, it was quite comfortable! Mornings were a little noisy, I forgot how loud Vancouver construction can be!

We stayed here a couple of nights prior to getting on a cruise. It is within walking distance of a couple of train stops as well as the port. There are plenty of dining options around the area as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The views of the surrounding areas is fantastic. You can even see a few mountain tops peaking out above the downtown buildings. It is a studio loft, so there isn't a ton of space. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 3 people. The nightlife on the streets below is pretty active. Even with the windows closed, we could hear it pretty well very late into the night. Since there is no AC, if you stay during a hot period and need to keep the windows open, don't expect it to be quiet.

Prompt communication with Chan! The apartment was extremely clean and just what we needed. Location was everything!! There were 4 of us - 2 on the bed and 2 on the couch. The only complaint we had was the couch. Thought it would be a pull out mattress from the couch, but it was a small extension of the couch. We’re all under 5’2” though so the couch wasn’t too bad. But it probably might not be as comfortable for anyone taller. But overall, great experience and beautiful apartment!

The location was great but we struggled with a few aspects. The sofa bed is a pull out bed and we found it to be VERY uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. There’s no air-conditioning and it was 32°C when we stayed there. The main bed is on the mezzanine floor upstairs and theres no ceiling fan or air-con provided (a pedestal fan is available but this didn’t help much) so we were very hot and found it difficult to sleep. There's also no ceiling light and given the stairs are painted black, it made it very difficult to walk down the stairs in the middle of the night without waking up people sleeping below (the toilet is downstairs). One key and fob is provided which made things extremely difficult when travelling with four adults. This is needed to enter the building so it was difficult when coming back home again. Also, I’m not sure what would happen if you lost this key! I found communication with the owner was fantastic to begin with, but once we were at the apartment there was no communication. We initially had trouble accessing the property. No support was given from the owner whatsoever. The key needs to be picked up a block away, which is something that needs organising when you have luggage and are jet lagged. The windows open out from the bottom and there’s no screens. Given the apartment is on the 10th floor, this would be a major safety issue if you were travelling with young children. We would not stay in this apartment again.

Poor ventelation, suite was dirty .
The place is very noisy as its downtown but it is an older building with cheap windows, night time was very loud. The ventelation is very bad, baseboard heaters n unit stays damp in oct. When we stayed unit was dirty and no towels or linin was clean. The appliances washer n dryer did not wash or dry. Drying took 3 hours per load. Good unit but owner needs to update it bc everything is falling apart. Tub dont drain, sinks were both plugged. I can go on . Only good thing is location.

MIXED IMPRESSIONS
My fella and I spend 3 nights in this condo and while some details are fantastic there are some challenges. 1. The check in process is slick. There’s a “key cafe” around the corner that you punch a code for your mbox to open. 2. The view OMG the view of the city through the floor to ceiling windows is stunning. Here’s where it started to fall apart…the windows are filthy and the bird $h%# takes that wow factor away. The building/windows are also old so the city noise is loud. (Small price for that view) The lower portion of the windows open and there are no screens DO NOT BRING SMALL CHILDREN!!! 3 There is Keureg coffee machine but no pods or milk. There is a used can of ground coffee with a broken lid and filters but no coffee machine of any kind to make it. I asked about this and the host promised to contact some one. I never heard from him again. There is sugar provided and is in a used plastic peanut butter jar. 4. The place is poorly maintained with broken light switches, holes in the walls and scratches dents and broken hanging closet door. 5. The shower cutain is filthy The tub doesn’t drain. I couldn’t shower on our check out day after my fella. The towels we bargain basement style. The toilet paper roll holder was missing completely!! 6 The bed is comfy but the lights are burnt out. 7 The fan and lights are disgusting dirty please a ladder! Wouid I stay here again? No. It wasn’t terrible but for a few dollars of investment all if this could be fixed and clean

Location is Everything
This property is perfectly located, very handy to pubs, restaurants, theatres, transit, and shopping. The unit itself is roomy and bright. The kitchen/dining area is clean and adequate, the loft bed is comfortable, and the living room area overlooks the bright colourful lights of the city. You do hear the city life from the apartment, but nothing that should detract from one’s stay. To get to the property from the airport is extremely simple via the skytrain. The system to pick up the keys and drop them off again was easy and efficient.
