We were not informed that the hotel was being renovated during our stay which meant checking in at a side door entrance. Upon ringing the door bell a staff member met us at the door to let us in and then we immediately noted a very strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. I believe there is a no smoking law when indoors. The staff would have had to notice it. When we went to our room and used our key card we were unable to open the door as someone had closed the security lock on the inside of the door so we could not enter. We wondered if there was someone else in our room. Staff were apologetic and called maintenance and they were unable to unlock the door 15 minutes later. We like the size of the room, the beds were comfortable, nice kitchen, however the carpet in the living room had very large stains throughout and was dirty. While our stay was comfortable, the other issues did not leave a good impression.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with our 2 college-aged sons and had plenty of room. The breakfast was well-stocked and we never had an issue finding a table. Our room was clean and well-stocked. No issues with our stay at all. We would recommend this hotel for families.
