Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The long Arenal Beach is located just across the street from the complex, so you can enjoy the view of the blue waters and white sands. The mountains, sea and beach make a gorgeous setting for a perfect holiday. Located at just a short 10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Hospitalet de L'Infant, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.

The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 20 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and a smaller one for the kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, right on the beach, with a small private garden. From the communal area there is direct access to the beach.

On the ground floor of this two-storey house there is an independent fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has access to a lovely terrace with a beautiful views of the sea. There is no parking at this property, but it is very easy to park on the street.

The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a few good beach bars where you can taste delicious food.

- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
- It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the occupants' details and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
