"Carpet and furnitures are old. Decoration is more in the 1970s and a few pieces were scuffed up. No microwave available. Security frm the outside doors need to be enforced. They were unlocked all night. Parking is easy. Breakfast was good providing many options. Staff was friendly and accommodating."

"The stay is exactly what you pay for, it was affordable with everything working from the outdoor shower, outdoor odd house, gas stove and electrical source was a bit hard to find but it works. The only issue that was solved by a ranch hand coming out to help was the extra fold out bed. The table which converts to a bed need to be unscrewed in order for it to convert to a bed. But all was good. If your comfortable with the basic necessities this is a nice place to stay."

"Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush.
