"We came in around 22:00 to the hotel and the hotel staff was not so welcoming to us. Room is not so impressive, the bed was uncomfortable. This place definetely need a renovation. Oh the pool was nice. "

"What a stunning place to stop... Beautiful beach front room with private patio are. Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid"

One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of.
