"Short review: We loved this resort and would book there again. Detailed Review: We booked this property for 10 days for our honeymoon. We were set on a tropical overwater bungalow-type property, and this had the best price and accessibility of those options. Transportation: Arriving here requires a connecting flight from Nadi or Suva on the smallest commercial plane you've ever been on. However, the flight is quite beautiful and quick and when you land, there is a free shuttle waiting to take you to the resort (and back when you leave). The only on-site transportation is excursions booked through the resort or a bus that costs FJD2.50 each way. "This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again. "

"Very friendly staff, it’s not luxury but average linen and towels were very dirty not washed properly specially when they use the White towels . Bathroom needs a good cleanup and toilet as well. Need a proper forced shower specially when Water force was very low. Needs some improvements. Overall, I will give 2 .5 star thank you"

"Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US."

"We changed our plans at the last minute and happened to come across Sau Bay on Google Maps. It looked like a great spot for a resort, so we decided to give it a try. After our stay, my girlfriend and I found it incredibly difficult to leave. We absolutely loved this place and didn’t have a single complaint. The resort itself is beautiful, and staying there was an absolute pleasure. It’s a small, intimate retreat, accommodating only about 16 guests, which made for a peaceful and personal experience. The staff were, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating us better than at any other resort we’ve been to. From the warm welcome, with them singing on the beach as we arrived, to the delicious food and drinks prepared daily, every detail was top-notch. The dive masters were also outstanding, making our experience exploring the Rainbow Reef even more unforgettable. I can’t wait to return and explore more of Sau Bay. I’ll definitely be back!"
