"The room we had was lovely, they are a good size and we had a nice view. Breakfasts are good, decent range of food. The location was great, just catch the free ferry and you and in the ‘city’. The resort was nice and staff were lovely. Pls remember this is a developing country, not everything is always easily accessible. If you can remember that you will have a great time. "

"Overall really good, pool area is fantastic and location to the lagoon and water suburb. Only improvement could be that wifi is an extra charge which was quite a disappointment and their dining options could use some revamping (limited menu options in wild ginger restaurant)."

"We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. "The location is great and the snorkelling is excellent. The staff are fantastic. The resort needs some tender loving care. The gardens are well tendered, but the rest of the infrastructure needs work. Food is a bit hit and miss but there is a Beach Bar nearby thank goodness."

"Coco Beach resort is a small, quiet and local property. It’s out of town which is great if you are after a quiet experience, and you can snorkel the reef in front of the property. Negatives are the road from town (holes and potholes). The cost of food at the restaurant is also pretty high. "Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. During our first hour at the hotel, I sustained an injury while attempting to borrow a surfboard. The staff appeared unfamiliar with how to unhook the surfboard, resulting in an accident that caused...

"Lovely place with great sunsets. Nice food. Snorkelling trip great (not complimentary as on website but paid for 2 snorkelling sites with a guide, still well worth doing). Need a 24 hour reception (large earthquake 7.1 while we were there and no one to ask about safety/what to do which didn’t feel super safe). Also maybe not the best place for a long beach stay - only 3 sun loungers on the resort, but good for a short stay whilst seeing things on the island."

"We stayed for 5 nights with Petter and Anne and we couldn't speak more highly of our experience. As hosts, Petter and Anne were fabulous. Accommodating, sociable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact, all staff were great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and quiet. Reno'd lovely over covid. "This place was amazing! The owners and staff were beautiful and went above and beyond to accomodate us and make our stay just perfect. Food was amazing, plenty to do and any transport, activities, etc staff arranged for us hassle free. Will definitely be back 😊"

"No hot water the first night, very old room, noisy, poor quality breakfast, not good value for money, front gate and reception close at 9PM so unable to access the carpark after that time."

"Really felt it wasnt up to Resort Standards in terms of the accomadation, crockery wasnt cleaned, i had to clean it myself before i could the kitchen area inside the room, very outdated rooms in all areas... air con unit was very much ineffective to where it was set in the room.. Way it was advertise was very much misleading when i arrive... breakfast was hugely dissapointing,, breakfast baffet wasnt up to standards esp resort standards, choices was very limited...."

"We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples."

"I cannot rave enough about how fantastic this Resort is. I am totally amazed at the beautiful, friendly, accommodating and absolutely fantastic service we received from all the staff. The villa we stayed in was exceptional, I have stayed in many places and this is at the top of the list. Do yourself a favour and book in to Erakor it is truly exceptional, you will not want to leave. We didn’t want to leave and have decided to come back again. "

"I enjoyed it so much when I stayed here in July that I came back in October. Close to everything in Port Vila but a quiet location. The spa ocean view room is huge and a great place to watch the ships entering and leaving port. Friendly staff and the vibe rubs off to the guests. Make sure that you paddle around the island. I shared the canoe with Cedric and had a great chat. 😁"
