"Good stay overall but few points to improve: 1. We asked for a twin bed room and we got a double bed room. The lady in the reception then offered to change that for us but we were too tired to wait. 2. We left our rooms a bit late and we saw that cleaning ladies were doing our floor. We left the sign that we want our room done but they only emptied the bin. Nothing was done when we came back. 3. Parking is expensive and at the same time not efficient. "A really great spot to stay if you want to take in the old city section of Metz. It is only a short stroll from the hotel to the cathedral and the main attractions. The hotel has a lot of charm but it is a little tired in appearance and the carpets are in need of replacing. It does have a lift - which is a real bonus. The breakfast is very good. There is free parking in an underground parking lot from which you can access the hotel."
