At first, the hotel refused to acknowledge the booking. Then they tried to give us a smaller room. Only upon fighting did they give us the room we had already paid for. Then, 90% of the things in the hotel were not working. A window was broken, the AC was leaking, room phone was not working, lift was not working. The chai we ordered from the restaurant was terrible.
