Only got sent to this hotel as the one we booked didn't exist! Noisy location car horns all day and night but near the river. Room dirty especially bathroom didn't shower Lights by bed not working live wires by switches. Couldn't charge my electrics Staff excellent very helpful and would act as guides if necessary Secure gates locked at night staff sleep on sofa at reception
