It’s primitive. Like an abandoned infirmary. If you like camping, then it’s ok. Don’t recommend for those concerned about illnesses tranmsitted by musquitos. Not child safe. Can see an accident and a law suit in its future.

Nice on the outside. Then the irritations start
First after checking in the room did not have running water. It was not until 4 hours that we finally got some flow. The next morning big surprise of no breakfast, even as it is mentioned twice in the listing. Blamed all people but took no responsibility for the problem. At least Expedia helped after their cheap attitude. NO HOT WATER EVER. There is an unwritten rule, where guests can not have visitors for more than five minutes. They call the room and then come to the door like thugs to make your friends leave.. you can talk with them at the restaurant they tell. Then finally the charge extra if paying with card. 3% additional charge for a room that already was overpriced

Bien situé, tranquille, piscine agréable
J'ai changé deux fois de chambre. Une fois en pleine nuit car le climatiseur qui coulait et faisait un bruit d'enfer (le voisin est venu se plaindre). L'autre fois car le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas au 3e. Il y a eu plusieurs problèmes, mais chaque fois, on a envoyé quelqu'un immédiatement. Le personnel à été adorable. Malgré les inconvénients, j'ai prolongé de trois jours. À la piscine, il n'y a que quatre chaises longes et deux cassées. J'avais toujours une cassée... La piscine est très propre.

Gute, zentrale und ruhige Lage
Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Nikhil und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Positiv zu bewerten ist die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, sowie Sauberkeit (Zimmer), das sehr nette und freundliche Personal und natürlich der große Pool. Als einigermaßen negativ zu sehen sind die nicht ausreichend vorhandenen Poollliegen (sechs zum Teil kaputte Liegen für ca. 20 Gäste). Ein Mangel, der allerdings nicht dem Management des Nikhil zuzuschreiben ist, war wohl ein Übermittlungsfehler seitens Hotel.com. Wir hatten das Zimmer inklusive kostenlosem Frühstück (lt. Buchungsbestätigung) gebucht. Vor Ort war dies dem Hotelmanagement nicht bekannt, auch eine Anfrage bei Hotel.com per email brachte kein Ergebnis, bzw. wurde abgestritten. Letztendlich haben wir unser Frühstück noch mal bezahlt. Fazit: absolute Zufriedenheit mit dem Hotel, sowie dem sehr freundlichen Personal aber ein wenig unzufrieden mit Hoterl.com bzw. der Reaktion auf meine email.

Clean but overpriced
The hotel was clean. I would say overpriced though, as there was renovations going on. The food in the restaurant was not actually cooked there, but brought from another hotel. The complimentary spa was only 20min massage. And we did not get any breakfast, even though it was supposen to be on the price.
