This was a beautiful stay. Large, clean room. Lovely bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the acropolis, historical sites, metro station and local restaurants. Good central location. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would recommend for any visitor to Athens

The Junior suite was very small and more the size of a standard room and had a terrible view of rooftops and a road. We requested an upgrade and was willing to pay for it, but they did not attempt to.accomodate us at all, nor to follow up on our request. This seriously affected our stay as the beach and pool were both too layput .

When she arrived back 15 mins later, I was told I had to pay an extra 20 euros because we were 1 adult and 2 children…. Even though I had booked for the correct number of people.
