"We have used Hotel Civilia on several occasions spanning many yrs (under earlier management as well). It has improved its cleanliness and provides comfortable rooms that are also pet-friendly. The people serving at the front desk have been very helpful and went out of their way to help us resolve a mechanical problem we had with our vehicle, finding the right person to best resolve the problem. Its a very convenient and quiet location. "
