"This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities."

"The staff at breakfast and dinner were excellent. At breakfast one morning, they ran out of the only hot item, eggs and never brought out more. I assume they didn't have any more to be served. "Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized with the whole "chalet vibe" and a view of the snow covered mountains through the balcony (don't forget to ask for the mountain facing rooms) ! More than enough storage space and decently done bathrooms. The hosts are very pleasant and happy to share local tips. My only gripe is that the breakfast could be better value (but I still suggest to take it, since there aren't really any other options around)"
