"The staff were not very welcoming, we felt like we disturbed them when we checked in. The room was ok. The air conditioner was loud and when it kicked on it woke us up. The shower had no hot water. The continental breakfast was good, the coffee very tasty. I hate leaving poor reviews, but this stay was way below my expectations. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay! Ricardo, Donna, Joseph, and the entire family were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The views are absolutely stunning. While the steep driveway was a bit nerve-wracking at first, once you conquer that initial fear, it’s a breeze! You can tell the property was once a truly magnificent estate. I would have loved to see photos of it in its prime, but even so, it remains a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect—an easy drive to the beaches, the Lechon Highway, and San Juan. Plus, if you enjoy cigars or a great drink, the cigar shop in town (just 7 minutes away) became our favorite daily nightcap.""
