The location is ideal--beautifully situated and private, but an easy drive to the coast--the house and grounds are rustic, beautiful, and relaxing, and Chantal and Zvonko are wonderful hosts. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Opatja - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe - frische Brötchen gibt’s direkt in Matulji - herrlich."

"Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und überhaupt hatte unsere Vermieterin immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen oder Tipps. Wir reisen mit Hund und auch der war ein gern gesehener Gast.Der Ausblick auf das Meer, vom Balkon oder Frühstückstisch, ist einfach nur traumhaft.Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke, die Auffahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich mit einer extremen Steigung aber gut befahrbar.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und vielleicht sehen wir uns einmal wieder."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu siebt mit großem Hund bei Ivanna, fühlten uns freundlich empfangen und willkommen.Das Grundstück ist etwas abseits in den Hügeln gelegen, was uns sehr Recht war.Die große Garage bot Platz für unsere Fahrzeuge, die wir täglich für Fahrten zum Bäcker oder für Ausflüge ans Meer nutzten. Sollte es uns nochmal nach Istrien ziehen, ist eine Anfrage bei Ivanna unsere erste Wahl."

Adriana, the host, was very helpful and giving a lot of tips where to go and what to see in Istria. The neighbours from the farm next door have also been very friendy and we felt absolutely welcome in Villa Kurioza."
