"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."

Dadurch Schlafzimmer sehr unschön.Kein Toilettenpapier , Badschranktür defekt, ein Lüfter funktioniert nicht. Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, wenig Geschirr. Der Kühlschrank scheint defekt zu sein, er kühlt nicht. Im Geschirrspüler schmutziges Geschirr. TV für deutsche Touristen nicht nutzbar. Eine...

"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. The house is newly renovated and look good. The beds was not so comfortable though with a slack in the middle. Electricity included for the week was 100kW/h however we soon noticed that since the house was...

Ich möchte gleich auf den Punkt kommen und zwar müsste das Bad mit der Dusche wieder mal renoviert werden und eine neue komplette neue Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten ist auch wieder mal fällig. Auch die gestellte Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen trotzdem hatten einige Decken noch Flecken. Der Rest ist soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen."

Auch wenn wir den Skiurlaub durch den vielen Regen vorzeitig abgebrochen haben, haben wir im Riesengebirge das beste daraus gemacht. Die Umgebung hat ein ein gutes Alternativprogramm geboten..."

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people.
