"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "Good property for a solo woman traveler. I like going to a hotel where I can use a shuttle and not have to schlep my luggage on and off trains to get somewhere. Much less hassle and you can ride the shuttle to the airport and take the train to Amsterdam Central station and go anywhere. Room was very comfortable and quiet and I could open the windows to cool it down. Good breakfast and gym. Worked for me. "
