"The time we stayed in this chateau was kind of non peak season, it was only 3 couples to stay in the chateau included us. It gave us a sense of privacy and quietness which exactly we were looking for in country side. The room is on the top floor with front garden and back pond view, it was pretty. The room is very cosy and spacious. Though the room is not included breakfast but the host offered all you can drink at the lounge area and we ended up had plenty of glasses of whiskey and martini "

"Basic hotel but very affordable for our budget. There is a McDonald's across the street and easy access to the freeway. Breakfast is 12 Euros which is not cheap for what you get. U need a car for this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Its a good base to explore Normandy without staying at an expensive hotel closer to the D Day Beaches. There is a Lidl a short distance away. I would stay here again if I have a vehicle. "

Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable.
