"This place was awesome. Decided to take a last minute trip with my family. Working with property manager was phenomenal. Very understanding and patient with me while I was planning trip. Property needed to be cleaned a little, but due to last minute reservations I understood. Very spacious for a group of 7 and Wi-Fi and AC worked great. Would definitely stay again."

"The cabin we stayed in was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys and if needed was 3 more spots to sleep . It had basically just about everything you would need to cook 3 meals a day , bring your coffee cups but otherwise I found dishes, pots and pans , utensils and coffee pot and glasses, laundry detergent and etc In Venice La you either cook for a good meal or pay for over priced gas station food or marina food. Only thing to do down there is fish, drink , or wash dishes. Dollar General...

"This gave us exactly what we needed for our fishing trip. Karen was prompt on all communication. The dock can be a little tricky to maneuver around, but overall, this houseboat took great care of us. Cleanliness is only marked down due to this being a fishing property. "
