Our first time in Venice. We are at the end of a long trip and feeling a little worn. Venice is gorgeous, but the crowds can be overwhelming when you're tired. This lovely hotel offered the PERFECT space for both seeing the city and relaxing. It tucked away down a little alley away from the mayhem, but also just a quick 1 minute walk from many amazing food and drink options. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Just about 30 minute walk to St. Marks square etc. Very pleasant staff. Super clean room, which is probably the most important thing for us. Would definitely recommend to friends heading to Venice.

We arrived at Ca Pozzo on Friday at 14:00 and the woman at the desk was polite and helpful. My wife and I stayed in Queen bed (comfortable) and my 2 adult sons slept in bunk beds (little small but comfortable). Room was smallish, but clean and nice. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had breakfast there which was adequate with fresh squeezed OJ that was awesome. We left Sunday at 11:00 and checkout was a breeze

It was a great hotel hidden in one of the main valleys. The staff was very helpful. The location was great about 10 minutes from the station and the bus lines. Surrounded by dining and shopping

Nice hotel. 5mins walk from the station and most of the sightseeing sites are walkable. Room was little bit tight, but updated. The breakfast was really nice. Great place to stay.

A fantastic stay!
We were truly surprised with this Inn. It was far better than we had imagined! Our room was very comfortable and modern. The staff is very professional and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again! The Inn is a short walk from the train station and very easy to find.

Flooded Venice in our Room.
I chose this hotel because of the wonderful reviews I had read. Unfortunately, our room had a problem with the drainage and the water flow so we couldn’t open the faucet or the shower for more than 6 seconds because smelly water would start to come out of a drainage in the floor and fill the bathroom. The smell was terrible and obviously taking a bath was a hassle. We had to take turns to let the other know to turn off the water so we wouldn’t end with the room flooded. The first night we were moved to another room while ours was fixed. But the other night we had to return to our original assigned room because the one they had given us was already booked. We had to pack all our stuff more than twice do to this situation. They told us everything had been fixed. Far from true. So, the second night it was almost impossible to use the bathroom at all. I wrote the hotel requesting a partial refund because this is definitely not what we paid for. My message has been ignored. So, if you choose this hotel just hope everything goes fine in your room because if not your stay will be a nightmare.

Pleasant surprise to find a modern, updated hotel on the edge of the Ghetto in Venice. Less than 10 min walk from either Santa Lucia train station, or Piazzale Roma bus depot/parking structure, clean, quiet, well-equipped hotel just off Strada Nuova

Lovely friendly hotel in Cannaregio, my favourite area of Venice. Plenty of very good restaurants (osteria and trattoria) 5 min walk. 8 min walk from the station. Stuff are really friendly and welcome. The room was super clean and spacious and the wi-fi very fast. Really good value for money compared to the expensive hotels in the area.
