Very clean, comfortable, very safe. Bus to and from Venice island right outside the door, so very convenient. Really nice proprietors.

Excellent staff that provided various indications of good restaurants ,on how to get to Venice and many other minor situations. Excellent breakfast served every morning. Rooms were spotless clean and you could see that the Hoteol is very well managed. I highly recommend it.

Staff was kind and helpful. New owners they are working out the little things like a phone in the room that works. They have a handy cap lift other than that u use the stairs. Breakfast was very good. Some staff don’t speak very good English but the manager speaks very well to make up for that. All round good experience.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The hotel is not within walking distance of Venice. But there is a public bus that is convenient. The breakfast was good, but there was no black tea. Black tea is essential for a breakfast service.

Staff was amazing. Room was very large, very clean. We saw a lot of people doing drugs though on the streets around the property (needles, snorting, etc) which left us a bit uneasy. But the accommodation itself was so great.

El personal es muy amable, guian al turista Al principio de la sensación de que es un hotel descuidado pero no, es ya viejo pero en optimas condiciones. En todo mi viaje es donde senti mejor apoyo del personal. Estan un poco lejos los canales turistico pero pasa un bus casi en frente que te lleva hasta los canales.

Das Hotel ist alt und die Zimmer sehen dementsprechend auch so aus. Aber es ist sehr sauber. Das wae uns wichtig,dass wir mit einem kleinen Kind übernachtet haben. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir hatten sehr viel Platz im Zimmer gehabt. Das beste ist das Personal. Alle sind nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.
