The hotel was great for the location we ended up getting. My only complaint was that the shower was too small and the warm water was really not that much. Overall it was a great place. Staff was awesome to us and very helpful. If you don't mind showering with cold water in the middle of summer you will be fine here!

This is a very old property and my daughter's dust allergies kicked in from the bed. There is nobody in the lobby. You have to go to another hotel a block down for any lobby services. Did not get hot water at night 9 pm. Location is very convenient for public transport and restaurants.

Avoid this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting between the dead bugs, mold and other issues it was difficult to stay in there long enough to brush my teeth. No elevator with narrow stairs. Need to check in at a hotel down the street according to a cryptic note left on the counter or on the door. Location near the train station is a plus, but not worth the gross room. Lots of other choices. Spend a few extra bucks and you will be much happier.

Close to train station. There is no reception at the property they make you walk to another hotel to check in and check out. Gave a lot of attitude and was highly disrespectful. We had four bags we had to drag back and forth just to check in. Asked for a room on ground floor before hand, did not give to us so we had to take our four bags up 3 floors to our room. Did not feel safe at all because no one was at front desk of hotel so people were able to come and go because the door was not always closed

In general this hotel was fine for the price. It is tough to maintain properties in Venice so there are some condition issues. An unstaffed front desk with a front door that is often left ajar and unsecure was concerning. The location is convenient but it is a little noisy. I always bring a white noise machine when I travel and I'm definitely glad I did this time. The cleaning staff does a good job and they are pleasant. The one thing that really bothered me was that I was overcharged for the city tax. At first they tried to charge me for every night that I was there but you are only required to pay up to 5 days (I was in Venice for ten days). They also charged me the rate for a 3 star hotel instead of the rate for a 2 star hotel. It was only a small amount so I didn't press the issue but staff should know the laws and rates.

Muy cercano al tren, habitación limpia y espaciosa. No tenía recepción en el hotel y tenías que hacer el checking en otro , la recepcionista muy atenta y simpática. Nos dejaron poner las maletas en una habitación que tenían para ello, esto nos fue muy util para poder visitar la ciudad mientras esperábamos el checking y cuando volvimos.

Bom custo-benefício.
[Otima localização, ao lado da estação de trem. O check-in no hotel um pouco mais a frente pode ser problemático, com chuva e muitas malas. Não tem elevador, mas aceitaram nossa solicitação e nos colocaram no 1º andar, mais acessível que a hospedagem oferecia. Boa cama e chuveiro, embora pequeno espaço para o banho. Hospedagem simples, mas bom custo-beneficio e de acordo com o esperado. O ruim é que a rua que fica passam muitas pessoas, que falam alto a qualquer hora do dia, impossibilitando uma boa qualidade do sono.

El hotel está bonito y la recepción del personal agradable. Solo que para hacer check in y check out es en otro hotel así que tienes que caminar algunos pasos para llegar y luego regresar al hotel. La estación de trenes está a 5 minutos caminando.
