Lovely South Venice home with a heated saltwater pool!! Located minutes away from the beach, bike trails, and nature preserve!! Close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Venice Island. Venice Beach has dolphin and manatee watching, kayak/jet ski/boat rentals, fishing off of the pier. Caspersen Beach is close by and is known for it's abundance of shark teeth for collecting. You are also only 30 minutes away from Sarasota and the famous Siesta Key Beach!

Lovely and private, 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood for you to recharge and relax with family and friends. Enjoy sitting on the back porch, grilling some food, and then swimming in the saltwater heated pool. Comfortably sleeps 8. Home has a 2 car garage with 2 bikes included for you to enjoy. Street in front of home gives you direct access to a bike trail to the beach in 15 min or 5 minutes by car.

Better than Expected
Cleanliness and safety are two of the biggest concerns I have when I travel, and this place put my mind at ease the moment we walked in! The house felt like home away from home: the house was very well-organized. For example, fixtures were modern and labeled, linens were sorted, and our host took the time to create a catalogued binder of things to do in the area. We really loved our stay and booked an extra night. Thank goodness that was an option! There were games for us to enjoy, and the host even stayed signed in to Netflix. You will be very happy with your stay at this location.

Awesome stay!
Place was nice and clean, kicthen could use some more larger pots and pans for bigger groups, but still adequate. Newer appliances and where clean. More towels and hand towels for bathroom and kitchen needed also. But this was not a big deal for us, made it work. The pool and outdoor area where spot on....pool was absolutely clutch with it being as warm as it was there. Pool was spotless and perfect temp for us. Location was perfect for the beach and downtown. We have friends in same neighborhood, so worked out awesome. Owner responded to our questions very quickly. We plan on going back this fall or winter.
