Great family stay!

It was a great location for seeing Venice. Just wish they mentioned how many sets of stairs were involved to get to our living space - 3 flights of stairs and no elevator with all our luggage from a 10 day cruise was awful!

Perfect location
The flat was just what we needed for our group of four, gave you the authentic feel of Venice. Right off the grand Canal, easy to find, perfect neighborhood. We would wander the neighborhood, get lost in the streets, find a little café and sit and have Drinks. Would definitely stay again, the host was very receptive, the washer and dryer made it perfect.

Location was very good. Hosts were great at getting us to the apartment through crazy Venice streets. Only issue was lots of stairs up to apartment with all our luggage. Overall great place to stay.

Great location near to Rialto Bridge & excellent Mario !!
Mario is the host and was superb, gave us an itinery to follow to get the most out of our 2 and a half day stay, walking and to see islands (Burano is so cute), and local restaurants to eat at with yummy food, avoiding the tourist traps. Property is extremely spacious, a little dated, but that didn't matter as we were hardly there as so much to see and do. We loved our trip. My new favourite drink is a Hugo !!

Great experience from the beginning welcome to the end of our 3 night stay. Valentina helped us in every way she could, especially guidance to the 6 of us getting from the airport with luggage to local restaurants in the area. It was a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and close access to water taxis. Comfy beds and a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s apartment. It was clean and comfortable! Mario did a wonderful job guiding us to the apartment and giving us information on restaurants and ways to get around Venice. The apartment was in a great location…very close to a vaporetto stop and the Rialto market, but quiet:)

Extraordinary pleasant stay.
Everything: apartment, location, services - exceeded expectation. The huge 2 level apartment would be good for 6 people and we were only 4. Modern , well stuffed kitchen, big comfortable beds, 3 full baths. The property is located in the heart of Venice, by picturesque Realto market, 5 min to Realto bridge, 10-15 min to Saint Marco. Service was excellent the manager very accessible and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment- great location
The pictures don't do this apartment justice! You have the entire top floor, plus an upstairs area with additional bath, and a lovely balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with towels and cookware. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean. Great location with easy walking to water taxis and restaurants. Great communication with our hosts and an easy check in process.
