This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Second floor overlooking the canal with 2 balconies, it was spectacular. Getting there was some h fun & the trip to the airport was fantastic. Wonderful restaurants everywhere

It was very expensive for a very average hotel. We had pistachio shells and ants in our room when we arrived. Room was very basic. Staff was helpful with recommendations and setting up water taxis.

The only negative was the hotel offers a trip to Murano but transportation is only to and from one glass factory and you learn that once you are there not in advance. The glass factory applied tremendous and uncomfortable sales pressure making it an unpleasant experience. I would recommend getting to Murano independently.

It was okay, but not equivalent to a 4 star hotel as described. Room smelled like cigarettes (for a non smoking room) and the floors were not clean. The location is great and convenient with easy access to the water bus.

Next to a terminal, so can get loud and busy. If you get an adjoining room, the door is paper thin. We could hear someone coughing all night and then snoring. It was like you had a roommate, it’s awful. They charge for the water you use in the coffee machine. We bought our own water, and they would empty it out, to force you to use theirs. Drinks at the rooftop bar are a minimum of $20 euros although the view is amazing. One morning we had no hot water, and lastly the beds are really uncomfortable. Super soft and worn in.

Beautiful property on the grand canal, convenient location for walking to Rialto bridge and other neighborhoods and there is a water bus station. Room was adequate size and well appointed with amenities

Considering buildings in Venice is hundreds if not thousands of years old, this hotel is in the midst od everything. The hotel is well done but amenities could be newer. AC was louder than necessary. The canal view is why we chose this hotel and it’s every bit worth it.
