"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Das Apartment war sauber, groß und hell obwohl wir die Wohnung im Keller hatten. Durch den Außenbereich fühlte es sich eher nach Erdgeschoss an. Alles war sehr ruhig, wir haben nicht einmal Geräusche von anderen Bewohnern gehört. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir gesprochen haben, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Schlüsselboxen ist der Check in und check out super unkompliziert. Es gibt einen beheizten Ski Keller wo alles Platz findet. Die Skibus Haltestelle ist ein 5 minütiger...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Obermais. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit Elisabeth war prima. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, ein Spazierweg von 15 bis 20 Min führt in die Innenstadt von Meran. Das Haus liegt an einer recht viel befahrenen Strasse, aber nachts ist es ausreichend ruhig. "

Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"I definitely stay there again. Location is perfect for Snowboarding. 25 minute drive to Sölden Lifts, or you can take the bus for free. Bus ride will be about 40 minutes to Sölden Lifts. Awesome place."

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

Amazing place!

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"
