The weather was extremely hot (95-100 F) during our visit and they request the air conditioning be off when you leave the house, but because part of the house is underground, it does not get hot induce too quickly. "It`s really deatched so quiet and comfortable. Modern but pleasant and light. The sea view is actually to side of balcony/terrace shown in photographs. V handy pedestrian short cut takes you straight down to harbour and its row of restaurants. Would stay there again."
