"The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. "We had a lovely 2 weeks at Liz and Quentin’s gorgeous place. They are the ultimate hosts making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations for places to visit and great restaurants. Whatever the plan was for the day we always ended up back at the pool lounging peacefully under the olive tree. "Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco."

"We loved our week's stay in Saint-Martin-du-Var. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed (a family of 4). A very quiet location with scenic views and easy access to the mountains and to the coast. And we couldn't have wished for nicer hosts!"

Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"
