The rooms were a good size with a good layout and room amenities. Fitness center was great. . But there were a few major issues we had: the temperature control was erratic in the rooms, the breakfast ran out in the mornings, and our room was not serviced during the day. The laundry machines were only 1 washer and 1 dryer, and the dryer was out of service. Overall hotel service was sub-par and we usually are not ones to complain. Overall would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The hotel was very courteous and happy to correct the mistake, Expedia could only be contacted through an ai bot that wasn’t working properly. Expedia sold us a room that was not available and is really dragging their feet correcting their mistake.
