Luxury Oceanfront Gated Retreat On Faria Beach Between Ventura And Santa Barbara

In consideration of our neighbors and community please note the following: While the house accommodates up to 6 guests, there is a maximum of 4 adults (age 13 years and older) allowed. Rates are for 4 guests. There is a charge for each additional guest over 4. Please contact owner prior to booking with any questions about the size and composition of your group, or plans you may have to invite additional guests during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and exceeding them may result in loss of your security deposit. Parties and special events are not permitted.

This two bedroom, two bath home is as aesthetically pleasing as it is comfortable, with stunning views of the coastline through a wall of glass doors that open directly onto the deck. The ocean is at your feet, accessed by private stairs. Twelve foot high curved ceilings throughout the house create an open and airy feeling that lifts the spirits.

The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with upscale appliances, including dishwasher, two refrigerators, professional range and convection microwave. The enormous granite island is perfect for socializing around the kitchen. The delightful banquette dining area with 180 degree views of the coastline provides seating for 8 or more.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and professionally designed lighting that provides a romantic ambiance. The deep oversized soaking tub in the master bathroom fills from the ceiling and invites you to light the candles and pamper yourself.

We are located in the gated section of Faria Beach with a private tennis court, picnic table and children's playground a few feet away. PCH offers bike lanes for long rides along the coast. The charming town of Ventura is a few minutes away for shopping, dining and antiquing. Santa Barbara and Ojai are a short drive away.
Faria Beach is known for its excellent surf and amazing variety of conditions. A walk on the beach when the tide is out may find the shoreline sandy or rocky. High tide may bring dramatic crashing waves.

Right on the beach!
Wow! This home is perfect and the view was spectacular. You can tell that the owner stays here often because it is very well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked all of our meals at the home. We were looking for a quiet place to spend the weekend and this was just it. I will definitely stay here again. The gated community was a plus as I felt very safe right off Hwy 1. You can only hear the waves crashing and absolutely no street noise. Our favorite part was watching the surfers each day, seals swimming right up to the deck and walking the beach every night.

Experience Nirvana
We stayed for four nights, and I never got in the car to go anywhere that entire time. Just sitting on the deck, walking along the tide pools, and watching the wildlife was enough for me. Pelicans feed right in front of the property, and we saw dolphins, seals, an egret, and other sea birds. I came home so relaxed, we plan to rent this same house every year!

Perfect Beach House
We have stayed at this home multiple times as multiple other vacation rentals in the area. Unlike some of the other rentals, these pictures and listed amenities are completely accurate. The home is located in a gated community with a garage so parking is safer and more convenient than at some other beachfront properties. The master bedroom is very large and the guest bedroom is great for two adults and two kids. We love to cook and this home has everything you could possibly want or need. The living room and dining area are terrific and this owner has thought of many small details that ensure you have everything you need to have a relaxing and entertaining stay.

Absolutely stunning!
The house, view and amenities exceeded our expectations. The soaking tub was phenomenal; only problem is now I want one for our master bath! We enjoyed the sound of the surf that lulled us to sleep every night and enjoyed seeing all the marine life. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Property
DeLayne was very easy to work with. House is Beautiful in a great location. Very comfortable. We had two elderly women with us, although house is not totally accessible, we were easily able to navigate around house Enjoyed very much sitting on the deck watching the surfers. Also caught glimpses of dolphins, and seals. Would definitely stay here again.
