Large apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, on the first floor, terrace overlooking an interior garden and east orientation. Air conditioning with heat pump in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fan in the bedroom.

La Aldea de Puerto Rey urbanization, 350 meters from the beach. The Urbanization has:

- 2 summer pools
- Large garden and walking areas
- Gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts next to the urbanization, belonging to the Puerto Rey Sports Club
- A small shopping center at the door of the Urbanization

In the surroundings of the urbanization you will find a Water Park, Gym, Tennis and Paddle Courts, sailing school, diving center, motorized ultralight aero club, equestrian club, mini-car track, fishing club and fishing activities and scuba diving.

There are 5 golf courses within a 30 km radius. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach bars. Protected wetlands for bird watching and coves with clean and crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling for fish and marine life observation.

Excellent communications, five minutes from the A-7 motorway that connects Vera with Almería, the rest of Andalusia, Murcia, Alicante and Madrid. Half an hour from Almería Airport and a few minutes from the Garrucha and Villaricos Sports Ports. Since 2007 there is a new highway that connects Vera with Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor.
