The receptionist was rude when I checked in, and I was charged two extra people cuz they told me I didn’t paid 4, just 2 (that was an absolute mistake, I paid 4) they didn’t wanted to borrow me 2 extra towels even when I told them that I paid for that services for 4 people. They didn’t changed my bedsheets until I asked them.

Poner más atención en el personal de recepción
Soy asiduo cliente del Hotel, y es la primera vez que la persona de recepción se porta muy despota, además de que su aseo personal hace que no te den ganas de preguntarle algo. Además en esta ocasión, me asignaron a una habitación que esta junto a la cocina ¿como me di cuenta? simplemente por que desde las 6am que llegó el personal a trabajar, me enteré de todo lo que estaban diciendo o haciendo, es un ruido brutal que ya no te deja descansar lamentablemente
