Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Stadt
Die Wohnung ist schön und relativ modern eingerichtet, nir das Bad ist etwas schmal. Zum Einkaufen ist sie super gelegen zum Strand ist es aber zu Fuß sehr weit aber mit dem Auto kein Problem.

nette Wohnung in italienischem Mehrfamilienhaus
Wohnung ist großzügig, die Ausstattung einfach, die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Authentisch: man wohnt mitten unter italienischen Familien. Gegenüber ist eine nette Birreria. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Dany klappte zuverlässig und problemlos. Guter Kontakt über WhatsApp. Kritik: Es fehlt ein Duschvorhang bei der Badewanne. Entweder wird beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt oder man kommt aus der Kauerstellung in der Wanne nur mit Gliederschmerzen wieder hoch. Weitere Anregung: Kontrolle des vorhandenen Bestecks und Geschirrs. Es gab nur einen kleinen Löffel und eine große Tasse. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung ausreichend.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit mittelmäßiger Lage
Sauberkeit der Wohnung in Ordnung, bis auf kleinere Mängel. Einrichtung ist gut, alles da. Duschvorhang für Badewanne fehlt. Spülmaschine vorhanden. Waschmaschine leider nicht gereinigt. Vermieter sehr nett. Relativ hellhörig. Bett sehr bequem. Wohnung liegt etwas entfernt zum Ortskern. Zum See/Promenade ca.15Min, was für uns in Ordnung war, hier kann man allerdings nicht baden! Also weder Sandstrand noch Liegewiese in direkter Nähe. Haben einen Sandstrand ausfindig gemacht(zu Fuß ca 45 min).

Solide gute Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend (Eltern mit 2 jährigem Kind). Sie liegt in einem italienischem Mehrfamilienhaus, in dem alle weiteren Bewohner sehr freundlich sind. Parken in der Nähe kein Problem und auch die direkt nebenan liegende Birreria bringt italienisches Flair. Die Wohnung ist sauber und man merkt, dass darin gewohnt wird durch entsprechende Abnutzungsspuren im Boden oder an den Möbeln. Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé
Cet appartement est grand et lumineux. Il est très bien équipé et la connexion Internet est très bonne. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit. XXX a été très accueillante et souple (changement d'horaire d'arrivée lié à un retard d'avion). Il est idéalement situé pour aller à la découverte de la région. A recommander ! Attention toutefois accès uniquement par des marchés.

L'emplacement et l'appartement étaient top ! Idéal avec un enfant !
