"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house. Thank you!"

The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. "The hosts should consider a smoother check in and check out procedure. There was a general lack of effective communication. The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. The property also had several expense items that are unusual including having to rent and pay extra for linens and requiring a security deposit refundable by the host after an inspection on check out.
