"Super nice updated home. 6 guys on a getaway golf trip. So many nice touches were put into this home by someone that has great taste and really cares about their guest comfort. From brand new hottub to all the new ceiling fans and the kuerig coffee machine including the coffee this place was top notch. We would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this home."

"We had a great visit at the Oneida Lake Oasis. It is a beautiful home with everything as described on the VRBO website. Having the lake in the background was really nice. We took advantage of the lake access with kayaks, fishing, and we rented a deck boat one day. We were able to dock at the boat at the house and change who was on the boat for sightseeing and tubing. Thanks for great get-a-way!"

"This home was perfect size for 2 families with young children. Spacious bedrooms to fit porta crib and all the extras. Enjoyed the private and quiet space. Clean and host was very accommodating. "This welcoming, well-equipped home had something for every generation-and we cover Alpha to Boomer. My 5 year olds wanted to live here forever. They were irate when they found out we were heading home. It was one of the best equipped kitchens I have encountered and I loved being able to shut the door to the raucus kids playing foosball. Negatives: I had to set mouse traps. Also, the pressure in the entryway pulls the outside door open whenever either of the other two doors are closed. "

"House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

"We stayed here as a rest stop during a long distance commute for a lacrosse tournament.The kids were 15 and 16 and absolutely lost their minds over the bedroom with the bunk beds. They immediately converted it into a man cave and set up their video games We barely saw them.The furniture was very comfortable and cozy in the family room, although no-one could seem to get the propane fireplace to work. There were some minor inconveniences like the sliding door on the downstairs bathroom closet...
