"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. Location is excellent: short walk to the coliseum, historic centre, Juliet's house etc. Restaurants are a short walk away, as is shopping. We had a car and were given free parking on the property. Apartment also had a washing machine, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend...

"This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. "It is just the perfect spot for people like us who love staying in the nature and away from the crowds. But still able to reach all you need with just a short drive. Simply perfect if you travel with your pet. The place has been renovated with a lot of charme. Still, stay away if on the contrary you like posh places and central position. But if you love the countryside as we do it is simply paradise on earth."

"The property itself was absolutely lovely. Very quaint with wonderful views of the ancient city. Inside the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed as a family with 2 children. "During our time in Italy, we stayed in four locations and this was our favorite. It is such a comfortable home, with thoughtful attention to detail. The location is beautiful, nestled in olive groves and overlooking mountain vineyards. The hosts were kind and attentive. You do need a car to get around as it is outside the city, which was the only drawback. However, the property made that worth the effort. We would absolutely recommend this property!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at Gloria’s villa. It was really lovely, everything we needed was there, the villa is well equipped and stocked with all the essentials and loads of coffee pods 😁 The terrace is great for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Gloria made lots of recommendations for us including El Capitel restaurant which was wonderful - we ate there twice. Thanks a lot Gloria - we will definitely stay again when we return to Verona ! "
