"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"Villa Rochelle is simply wonderful. The villa has everything you need and over many levels which lead into the many bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make your morning coffee or a pasta dish with ingredients from the nearby shops. "We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle. "
