"We loved the apartment—but—the after hours check in process was not that easy. First we got a taxi to where we thought the apartment is only to find out that you just get a key from a lockbox. By now, the taxi has left. Now we need to figure out where the actual address is and walk there. Once we finally found the apartment it was very clean and comfortable. I think knowing ahead of time to not let the taxi leave would have been very helpful as it was later at night that we arrived. But our...

"This property is self checkin with no front desk but all instructions are provided the morning of your stay. I stayed in a medium room overlooking a courtyard. It had a handy kitchenette & washing machine. It's really close to the station & the beautiful opera house. It's also close to the Hop On Hop Off bus which is handy if the weather is inclement. Highly recommend & would stay again. "

"Interesting historic house, once a nurses home as it’s opposite a hospital! No reception, access via a door code sent to you by SMS on day of arrival. Except mine did not arrive. Had to work out who to phone (security guy) then was told room wasn’t ready. All a bit of a nuisance as we were tired after a long journey. "It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review.
