What a super place - very clean, friendly and in a lovely area. We were met with a lovely helpful receptionist who gave us everything we needed. The room was clean, tidy with a lovely balcony. The restaurant was closed but they recommended one in the town (a 5 minute walk) which was perfect. There is a night shift receptionist on call who is helpful and is never far away - was even there in the morning to organise breakfasts. A great place to stay :-)

....URGE Ristrutturazione....

L'albergo ha necessità di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto l'impianto idrico.....purtroppo la pressione dell'acqua non consente di poter fare una doccia e tantomeno di usare gli altri sanitari (bidet).....l'accoglienza e il servizio nulla da dire, ma non mi sento di consigliare la struttura....a maggior ragione che l'estate è alle porte e lavarsi è fondamentale.

Il personale era molto gentile e accogliente. Purtroppo il parcheggio in loco è davvero ridotto ed è necessario organizzare meticolosamente le auto ma sopratutto la cosa veramente negativa era lo scarico del bagno che cacciava sempre acqua e faceva rumore. Alla richiesta di una stanza diversa ci hanno risposto che tutte le stanze erano belle stesse condizioni. Inoltre i servizi igienici sono evidentemente vetusti. Considerato il prezzo ( circa 100€ ) per notte si può trovare di meglio

Looks like family business. Very friendly. Better than expected in a village like Vetralla. Parking inside the property. Nice evening walk to resto La macina where we had a lovely fish dinner.

la doccia andava da bollente a gelato non si riusciva a dosare , i letti erano tipo caserma militare duri scomodi rumorosi e i materassi si separavano da soli,per non parlare del caldo ed i rumori degli altri si sentivano come se fossero in camera con noi

Struttura semplice ma ordinata

La camera molto semplice, ma pulita ed ordinata. Da rivedere alcuni dettagli che per chi viaggia per lavoro possono essere importanti, come la possibilità di avere una sedia per lavorare alla scrivania o un kit toilette un po' più completo. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Colazione buona e varia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
