"Great hotel "

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Royal Plaza Montreux. It was an easy walk from the Montreux station (also easy to get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage and don’t want to walk). We walked to the Christmas market, which was wonderful! It was also an easy walk to the shopping district, which had tons of shopping and restaurants. In addition, the bus was super easy to use, goes right by the hotel, and takes you to shopping as well as Chillon castle. The hotel breakfast on the main floor was lovely, with plenty of options. The hot buffet on the lower level was also very good with a ton of options. But perhaps the best thing was the gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains from the hotel lobby!"

"The lobby outlook and cleanliness and also the helpfulness of the staff makes everything go wow. However we got a corner room, the room is small and squeezy and also not that clean. A lot of dirt mark here and there. But staff provide excellent service and guidance to us on where should we go nearby the hotel"

"Well located lovely hotel close to good dining options, the old town and places of interest. The room was large and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking was a bonus and easy to negotiate. "
