"We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "

"Nice house with plenty of bedrooms and lovely gated/fenced garden ideal for letting the dogs run free. The pool is a few minutes walk away which is not a problem and is ideal when the sun is out, plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. It is great that the beds are made and there are towels supplied for the whole family. However the cleaning was not to a high standard, when you are charged an extra cleaning fee you expect the house to be pristine, the bathroom sinks were not clean, there was...

"The only issue I had was the late night service. The hotel says it a 24/7 lobby but yet i had to wait for 10 mins to be let inside. I understand it was late night around 2 am. "Brand new hotel just outside of Reims - I walked into the town, which was really pleasant and takes about 45 minutes. You can walk past the Champagne Park, which is near the famous Pommery Champagne House, and it’s such a beautiful place to stroll around. The hotel itself was simple, but pleasant, very clean, great breakfast and free parking. I don’t mind a nice walk, so if you don’t mind being a little way out of town then it’s perfect - and not far from the major routes in and out. "

"Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Rooms are small but clean, modern and very well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate and dispensed (machine) hot drinks are hot. Staff couteous and helpful, would stay again."
