"This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. "Accessing the property was clear and simple after a lengthy drive. Easy to park outside and unload luggage. The view was AMAZING from the balcony and, because the weather was good, we spent a lot of time out there. Easy to ventilate and keep cool during the day. Et qui est proche d'Annecy.On peut se garer facilement.Par contre,cet appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu (interrupteur maintenu avec du scotch,baguette d'un meuble de cuisine qui pend). "Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit.
