"Staff were very helpful, minor issue with hot water quickly resolved when we raised it. Well stocked apartment with everything needed for a good night. Is a bit noisy at night from communal areas but for the price you can't fault it and is still good value. Bus was easy to catch into the city, plenty of parking just opposite the hotel entrance. Would stay again if we were in the area. "

Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "
