L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre et moins de 400 mètres des Thermes. Il offre tout le confort nécessaire et notamment une connexion Wifi haut débit, une machine Nespresso et une kitchenette équipée.


Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 voyageurs dans un grand confort.

Les boulevards des Etats Unis et kennedy offrent de nombreuses places de stationnement à proximité de la résidence. Alternativement, la proximité du parking situé au 4 chemins permet d'assurer un stationnement sans difficulté et payant. La place Jean Epinat est par ailleurs gratuite et relativement proche.

Parc à 3', plan d'eau à 2' et gare à 15'.

Quartier calme.

La résidence ne dispose pas de places de parking mais il est facile de se garer dans les rues proches de la résidence.
