Did not have working heater. Room was cold. Paid for double room. Got twin economy. Staff refused to move me. Booked 4 nights, checked out of hotel after first night. Did not get refund for the other 3 night7. Rude, unaccommadationing staff. Would rather sleep in the street.

Idéalement situé, dommage...
Établissement idéalement situé au cœur du centre ville. La propreté est correcte, dimension des chambres ok. Petit déjeuner copieux et service agréable. Quel dommage concernant la literie peu confortable mais surtout les odeurs de cigarettes dans les 2 chambres que nous avons prises alors que l hôtel est non fumeur.

A mon arrivée en fin d'am, personne à la réception. J'ai dû patienter 20 mn avant d'obtenir ma clef. La photo de la chambre affichée sur le net ne correspondait pas du tout à la chambre réservée. Problème avec le verrou de la chambre. Odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bains. Pas d'eau chaude en fin de soirée lorsque j'ai voulu prendre une douche. J'ai également réclamé une couverture supplémentaire car le couchage était léger. Aucune insonorisation des chambres. Le seul point positif était le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment copieux et la gentillesse de la serveuse en salle.

À revoir pour un hôtel 2 étoiles situé à Vichy
Problème de réservation à mon arriver malgré les excuses présenter je trouve cela limite. De plus, la chambre reste correct malgré les odeurs insupportables venant de la salle de bain et le nettoyage n’est pas fait en profondeur ( poils, manque de papier, etc...).

Personnel aimable, étrange parfois, mais poli... Mais hôtel 2* qui n'en vaut qu'une ! Des cloisons ultra-minces, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur... Pas de couette... Une armoire grossièrement assemblée, pas de bureau, pas de table de chevet... La porte des toilettes ne ferme pas, sauf à forcer dessus avec le pied... Pas de rideau, grand jour dès 5h30, cool... Si vous voulez vous reposer, passez votre chemin ! Du coup, on n'a pas osé se risquer au petit-déjeuner... Bref, un conseil : n'y allez, comme nous, que si vous n'avez pas d'autre choix !
