We chose this hotel specifically for the outdoor space. It was very disappointing. The ground, all furniture and umbrellas etc was in disrepair and dirty.

There was no shower gel in the shower. The shower was very dirty. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast (eggs/sausage) were disgusting. I am not a traveler to ever complain but this was not a good experience . However, the coffee was excellent.

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed. The hotel was old and run down, albeit it was supposedly undergoing a remodel (I didn’t see anything). The blackout shades were dry rotted and torn. Someone had tried to repair it with electrical tape, which didn’t work so someone put a binder clip on it!! Pillows were extremely small, AC came on and off about every 2 minutes, light bulb out, and the shower had sliding doors where the handles would fall off when you pulled them. Overall despicable! With over 1000 nights stayed at hotels, I would never stay here again!

The staff at the hotel was nice. However, we received a worned down, dirty room because that was the only available room due to renovations at the hotel. Unclear whether expedia or hampton missed updating availability but it was not a typical hampton experience.

Late check in process was a nightmare. Even after we called and confirmed that a late check-in between 12:30-1am was okay, there was still no one at the desk. The front desk girl wasn't at the desk for over 30 minutes despite calling and knocking on the administrative office doors for assistance. Then when she finally appeared, she had obviously just woke up and just said “I was in the restroom” over and over.

Really Disappointed
Toilet loose on floor, also to close to wall with towel rack in way. Shower in pitiful shape needs tearing out and replacing. Last stop on way home and tired otherwise we would have walked out and gone down the road to somewhere else.

I frankly expected more from a Hampton Inn & Suites. Our room was in need of a major overhaul/upgrade. No USB ports, wood surfaces in bathroom badly worn, leaking shower faucet, and a shower stall, well let's just say in was in bad need of replacement. And there was a constant gurgling sound coming from the walls that sounded like we were in a giant fish aquarium. Very strange, but we blocked it out with earplugs.
